I have updated firmware on the app and I have charged the headphones to 100% but when I put them in my ear the battery on the left earbud gets drained after 2 minutes

It sounds like there may be a hardware issue with the left earbud. I suggest trying a battery calibration on your Razer earbuds. Fully drain the battery to 0% and recharge it to 100%. See if the issue continues after that. Feel free to PM me with your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for a replacement option.
