please need help in this case.



The TW Pro connect with my mobile device via bluetooth, audio is ok, so i think the hardware is ok.



If I want to to connect the device via bluetooth (and razer tutorial) it doesnt work.

Bluetooth in PC is enabled, i click on "add bluetooth or other device", select "Bluetooth", and the earbuds are in pairing mode.

But Windows doesn't find the Heammerhead. Only Endless searching.

Other Device connect via bluetooth, so i think the bluetooth hardware is ok.





My Specs:

Rog Strix Z690 F Gaming Mainboard with bluetooth 5.2

Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19044

Bluetooth Treiber Intel 22.130.02
