I've been using the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X for some quite time. Before, I had no issues regarding its audio quality and battery time. However, two days ago I find myself with a problem regarding its case. It appears my charging case does not charge my earbuds (no green light indicator as well).



I already cleaned the case and started to charge my earbuds in my case again which didn't work. I made an assumption where I think the case itself needs to be charged. So like any other day, I charged the case with the earbuds inside for quite awhile. When I mean 'for quite awhile' I meant 10 hours of charging with little to no progress, when I charged the case I always get a blinking red light indicator. In this matter, the blinking red light indicator remained the same for the duration of the 10 hours of charging.



Additionally, while charging the case using the USB cable given with the case it appears to also charge the earbuds but not the case? Since the earbuds were 100% and my charging case constantly remained with the blinking red light indicator.



I'm assuming that my charging case is faulty, and nothing else. I already contacted razer support for the warranty but my limited warranty was no longer covered even though I added my razer warranty not more than 2 years. How do I fix my charging case when it doesn't charge my earbuds.
