Razer Hammerhead TW X gen1 buzzing/whirring noise?

Just opened up my brand new Razer Hammerhead TW X Gen1 headphones and set them up. The sound quality is great and I love the look but one thing that's throwing me off and doesn't feel right would be the constant quiet yet noticeable buzzing/whirring sound coming from both the earbuds. It is audible when music is playing and when music is paused.

    Have you tried isolating the issue by playing audio from different sources or apps? Check if the behavior persists after pairing the earbuds to a different device.
