Razer hammerhead Tws X left side not working and cant connect to any Bluetooth.

Left side is not working (light up) and my devices cant detect my razer hammerhead tws x. Any solution?

Not sure if you still have this issue, but just in case, I had that same issue which was only the right earbud was being detected and turning on and what worked for me was putting both buds in the charging case and then plugging it in to a PC/Laptop and letting sit there as if to charge for 5 -10 secs. Then open the case and leave it open, it took roughly a few seconds longer my left earbud lit up to life after which I closed up the charging case leave both buds in and let it charge till the charging case goes Green. 

I think what happens BT wasn’t detecting the correct charge for my the faulty earbud, and was giving false battery levels. Ah I also did a little cleanup for both the charging prongs of the case and the base of the faulty earbud with a Q tip and some alcohol. Hope this works for you or you already fixed your issue.
