Hello , I bought recently the hammerhead true wireless and I'm having issues first of all the right ear bud does not work at all and when i connecte the headphones to the razer audio app it says need update click update says needs more 75% my phone says it has 80% sow turn off and on and reconnecting the ear buds tu update says there's a problem what can I do ?

    The device requires an update. Follow these steps to keep your earbuds updated.
    • Connect the earbuds to your device to the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app installed.
    • Open the app and wait for it to connect to your earbuds.
    • Tap the firmware update notification on the main screen.
    • Follow the update instructions.
