Razer Hammerhead USB-c ANC drivers

So I just updated my windows 10 to 1903, the weird thing is when I plug it in to my devices. Somehow either windows or the driver messed up and it decreased the bass output. And now my audio sounds like laptop speakers with a little bass in it. I tried to use enhancements in audio control panel but it doesn't work that well. Can anyone see the problem though? I plugged it in my Razer Phone and the bass was fine. My laptop is Omen by HP 15. I also reinstalled windows but somehow it doesn't work. Is there any dedicated drivers download for the headphones though? Hope I have answers for this. Thanks for helping me out!

Hi there! Have you tried using other USB-C headsets to see if the same issue persists?

Thank you for replying... Well I sold the HP and get myself a Razer Blade... Also I sent the Hammerhead for warranty too. So I think I'm good for now though. But still, thank you for replying!
