Razer Hammerhead USB-C ANC Headphones not recognized by phone or computer

Hello, I bought a pair of Razer Hammerhead USB-C ANC headphones and was really pleased with them for the first month. However, in the past week the headphones are no longer recognized by either my phone or my computer. When I plug the headphones into my Samsung Galaxy S20, the phone does not recognize them as headphones and will first say "device not recognized" and then say "Charging connected device via USB". If I try and play music while they are plugged in the music comes through the phones speakers. The same trend happens on my computer. Also, while plugged in to either device the green light on the headphones will sometimes flash quickly instead of being a solid color. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I've really enjoyed these headphones up until this point. Thanks!!!
