Razer Hammerhead USB-C ANC stopped being recognized as headphones

I acquired these earphones some years ago but recently they stopped being recognized by any device. I connect then and the light turns on, but nothing is reproduced through them. The music plays from the phone or PC speaker. When connecting to a PC, the message "USB device not recognized" pops up. I love these earphones and don't want to throw them to the trash 😞.
