I just bought Razer Hammerhead V3 HyperSpeed headphones, but when I connect them, the app shows the error "Unable to find device." Can you tell me if there's a way to fix this?

I’m here to help! I understand you're having trouble with your Razer Hammerhead V3 HyperSpeed. Since you already tried reinstalling the app and rebooting your phone. What phone model are you using, and are you connecting the headset through Bluetooth or the dongle? Also, does the headset still play audio normally and only fail to appear in the app, or is it not connecting properly at all? If you haven’t already, please try removing the headset from your phone’s Bluetooth list, pairing it again from scratch, and making sure the Razer Audio app has all required permissions enabled, especially Bluetooth/Nearby devices.
