Razer Hammerhead V3 HyperSpeed connection issue in Razer audio app

I just bought Razer Hammerhead V3 HyperSpeed earphones. I am able to connect them via bluetooth and the dongle but when checking on razer audio app. It just does not connect or isn't able to find it on the app. I am able to use the device without any issue but the razer app. " Can you tell me if there's a way to fix this?

I reinstalled the app

I rebooted the phone

I have a google pixel 11

Nvm i was able to connect later.

Same I also can’t connect, it show not found

Idk why it worked out later and never found an issue again. Try opening the app while the earphones are connected while they are still in the case and the case is open.
