razer hammerhead v3 hyperspeed has no audio on right earbud

I have tried all solutions including resetting letting it die and re pairing but it simply has no audio, it started with it being quieter than normal and now theres no audio whatsoever on the right side, its fully charged and the touch sensor works but has no audio or chime
