Hi, I recently bought a Razer Hammerhead Wireless online on Datablitz (gaming store in the Philippines). When I first opened the item, October 11, I noticed that the left side doesn't have any charge or the Razer logo was doesn't have any light compared to the right side. I decided to charge the earphone since as per instruction on the box, it's best to charge it on first use. After charging, the left side Razer logo is glowing and I checked on the Razer Audio app, both earphone are on 100%.

 

October 12

The next day I decided to use the earphone to listen to some music. When I open the case and waited for the Razer logo to glow, the left side was dead again. No light or whatsoever. Like it was drained even if it was inside the case just like the right side.

 

October 13

I decided to have it replaced and went to Datablitz to have it checked. When they checked the item, the left side has a charge again and both earphones are on 100%. The clerk adviced me to check on the battery just to make sure. If the issue still persist with the left side, they will issue a warranty for replacement.

 

October 14, today

I was able to use the earphone for 2 hours this morning. After using it, I placed them inside the case. Then this afternoon, while I was using the earphone, the left side suddenly died or it was drained again while the right side is working fine.

 

Like.. wtf? I'm really confused why this is happening. Aren't the earphone supposed to be charging while it's inside the case. Why would the left side be drained if it's inside the case? Is this a known issue for this wireless headset. It's really annoying to be honest.

Do you have updates? In having similar issues.
