Razer Hammerhead wireless not working

Hello there, I encounter strange behaviour when using Razer Hammerhead true wireless with my Huawei Honor 8X: The right earbud wont react to anything and wont play any sound. I downloaded the Razer Hammerhead App and it keeps showing that no device can be found until I put the dead earbud into the loading case and close the case. Once the app connects it shows that both earbuds are fully loaded. No firmware update available. As soon as I open the loading case, the app disconnects. LED's indicate that the earbuds and the case are fully loaded. Compatibility mode does not change anything. I tried to pair the earbuds with my pc and the right earbug keeps beeing silent. Any help?
