Razer hammerhead wireless pro dosnt connect whit audio app

Hello. i connected the hammerhead pro whit my mobile phone and worked after that i tryed to connect whit the audio app and worked. i snatlled the hammerhead pro update and after that the app dosnt worked anymore. My Honor 50 (Bluetooth 5.2) is connected whit the hammerhead but the app dosnt connect anymore. How i can fix it ? PS : i reinstalled the app and restarted my phone but nothing happend

Try to reset the Bluetooth connection of your device and forget the Razer Hammerhead wireless pro to establish a new pairing connection. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number of your earbuds so I can look check for any available firmware updates and other workarounds to help you resolve the issue.
