Hi everyone! I’m here to ask regarding the duration of the warranty of my Razer Hammerhead TWS X. I bought this product last April 28, 2023. However, the right earphone is not working currently and razer told me that the product is no longer under its warranty. I thought it’s within 2 years that I can use my warranty.
