I purchased a Razer Hanbo 240mm today without realizing it does not come with an adapter bracket for AM5 sockets. I have tried to submit a ticket through traditional means, but I am stuck on
“Product is covered under Razer’s Limited Warranty. Click "Submit" to continue.”
The submit button does not work. I’ve tried different browsers and logging in out out of my account.
