Hi, I purchased a new hanbo 240mm. It is detected by Synapse perfectly and shows figures and can even change color. But Synapse force me to upgrade Firmwar in order to modify settings. And firmware update can not detect device. Please advice. I have tried to run in Safe mode and also changed the USB connection to other port just incase.Firmware update v1.2.0_r1Windows 10

i have hanbo360mm and same issue. i cant fix it. i tried every method but couldnt fix it. did u solve it?
