Razer Hasn't Send Shipping Label email for keyboard Repair

Hello I contacted Razer for repair for my Razer Ortna Chroma due to the small piece of the space bar holder broke meaning I'm unable to press the side space bar and Razer Said they were going to contact me in 24-72 hours. Next day I never got an email from them yet I'm also covered by the razer's 2 year Warranty

When was this? Has it been 72 hours (3 days) yet?

I got a reply for the tracking and It got delivered now I have to wait for the rma to update

Hey. Sorry for not helping but, is this a known issue with Ornata Chroma's? I have the same keyboard, bought it a few weeks ago but, the right side of my spacebar is a bit stiff. Shall I just take it back to the store I bought it from and get a replacement? As I have up until 14th January. Thanks.
