razer headset 7.1 activation

I tried to use my razer tiamat2.2 earphone, which I bought 4 years ago and used at that time, and it asks for the activation code in the box that I trashed 4 years ago. As far as I searched on the internet, I registered the product on my behalf, but the activation code was not sent by e-mail. How can I get the activation code and what software should I use?
