For some reason my razer kraken v3 x has an issue with surround sound 7.1 where my headset isn't being recognised as an output

    I’m sorry you’re having trouble with 7.1 Surround Sound on your Razer Kraken V3 X. If the headset isn’t being recognized as an output device, a few things are worth checking first:

    1. Make sure the 7.1 Surround Sound app is installed and activated using the correct activation code.

    2. Go to Windows Settings > System > Sound and check whether Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound) appears as an available output device.

    3. Inside the 7.1 Surround Sound app, confirm that the selected output device is the one your headset is actually using.

    4. If Spatial Sound is enabled in Windows, try turning it off first under the device properties, since that can sometimes interfere.

    5. It may also help to unplug and reconnect the headset, then restart the PC and test again.
