Razer headset mic problem

Hi

 

I just bought razer headset blackshark v2 x. When i’m open synapse, it did’nt show my device. it’s been 5 month since i buy the headset on August. Please help me how to fix it

I had the same. Uninstall Razer Synapse 3 and/or 4 completely (also manually search for everything Razer related on your PC and delete it). Then restart PC. Then install Razer Synapse 3 (and other Razer programs you like (not Synapse 4)). You probably need to restart once again and then it should work.
