Good morning, I was playing quietly as usual, suddenly the t key stopped working and some keys stopped being the same color. Regarding the t key, I changed the switch and it still didn't work. Can anyone give me a solution?

Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the input and LED issues.
