Razer Hunstman Elite | Right Alt key rarely works, key above has no red light

I should preface this by saying I've had this keyboard likely 2-3 years, its warranty unfortunately has come to pass. Recently, about a month or two ago, my right alt key stopped working, and with it, the period key above's R in RGB has also ceased to function. I hadn't noticed the latter until a couple weeks after as I use a primarily blue chroma profile (think the fire preset but blue and purple). I've tried many solutions. I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, synapse, and updated the keyboards firmware, all to no avail. I've also taken the keycaps off in an attempt to blow the dust/dirt out, but that didn't seem to work either. It's exceptionally strange as I sometimes forget it doesn't work, and go to alt+enter a game, or alt+ctrl+del and it works, but only once and then goes back to it's previous unusable state. Obviously the main purpose of this thread is to seek more potential solutions, but I was also wondering if anyone had ever heard of this before? Thanks all for your time <3

Have you tried resetting the keyboard by clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner of the Razer Synapse 3, then selecting "Reset"? Also, have you replicated the Chroma concern while logged in as a guest user? Try connecting the keyboard to another USB port and computer too. Also, ensure the device is connected directly to our computer's USB port, not on a hub.

Also, have you replicated the Chroma concern while logged in as a guest user? Try connecting the keyboard to another USB port and computer too. Also, ensure the device is connected directly to our computer's USB port, not on a hub.
I've tried a few different ports on my pc, both direct to the mobo and on the cases usb ports, didn't seem to change RAlt behavior, or rather lack thereof. Resetting the keyboard also didn't seem to have done anything, nor did a guest user. I should also mention, I've never spilled anything on the keyboard, so there should be no water damage or anything like that.

Thanks for letting me know. The keyboard has a possible hardware issue. Unfortunately, the keyboard's warranty has ended, which is a roadblock to our replacement request route.
