I bought this keyboard a few days ago and turns out it doesn’t work when I turn on my pc. For It to work, I have to disconnect the cable and plug it back in. I’ve updated drivers for everything on my PC, I’ve also updated the firmware on the keyboard yet it doesn’t work properly. Also tried with a different cable but same outcome. Any solution or idea on what it could be?

I don't know what else to do. I did a fabric reset, as said previously; tried another cable, updated both drivers and firmware and is still not working when I turn on my PC.  I've also tried with on another computer and still happens. It's the only peripheral I have this issue with. 

The keyboard is not brand new. I bought it used, the store I bought it from is reliable and has warranty, but I'm waiting on the warranty so I can find a solution on my own because I'd have to return the keyboard and the store is hundreds of kilometres away. I bought it online and I just had to wait for the delivery.
