razer hunstman tournament edition device desriptor failed

so about a month ago my keyboard suddenly stopped working and when i went onto device manager it said device descriptor failed driver error, i’ve tried everything you can think of apart from trying to download drivers as i do not know how to get them i have tried plugging it into a new usb tried on other devices and it works uninstalling the device and restarting my pc using windows troubleshoot any help would be greatly appreciated
