Razer HUNSTMAN V3 HE tenkeyless problems with input

Hello Razer Support,

I'm having an issue with my Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless keyboard.

While I'm gaming, some keys randomly stop responding. The only way I've found to fix it is to unplug the keyboard and plug it back in. Sometimes Caps Lock also gets stuck: everything I type comes out in capital letters as if Caps Lock is on, even when I haven't pressed it. This happens in the middle of games and makes the keyboard very hard to use.

I updated the keyboard firmware today, and it is now on the latest version, but the problem is still happening.

I understand that your Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless is randomly stopping key inputs during gameplay, and that Caps Lock occasionally appears to get stuck.
