Razer hunteman mini Key a, s and 1

Hello,

 

I'm having a problem playing games with my keyboard. It works fine in Windows.When I play games like Minecraft or Ark, the W, S, and 1 keys don't work. When I open the chat in Minecraft, the keys work, but not in the game.

 

The strange thing is that when I connect the keyboard to the Xbox, the keys generally don't work anymore.

The problem only started after I installed Razer Synapse, which I have since uninstalled, but that didn't fix the problem.

 

The firmware is currently 1.12.00.

 

What can I do?

We also removed the keyboard in Windows and reinstalled it (without Razer Synapse).

One addition: When I reinstalled Razer Synapse, the keys worked again on the Windows computer, but not in Xbox Minecraft. After uninstalling Synapse and removing the keyboard from Windows, including reinstalling the Huntsmann mini in Windows, the keys still don't work in the game.

I suspect there is a bug in the firmware, as everything used to work, both in Windows 10 and in Xbox.

Similar issue started happening to me today, too. After opening a browser, the keys stopped working. The volume knob for some reason scrolls up and down the page. A Windows update ran last night and now I have to kill Synapse just to get the keyboard working properly again. Something Synapse is doing is causing the OS to no longer function as a keyboard.

Yes, I already wrote that, but the problem is the same on Xbox, so it must be a problem with the firmware.
