Hi guys I'm new here! I have just got my Huntsman Elite yesterday and have a problem with it, I am not sure if it's because Synapes3 or if there is something wrong with my drivers:
  • Connecting it directly to my Desktop Windows 10 x64 computer - works great!
  • When I connect it through my USB3.0 HUB it keeps disconnecting then connecting again and again, as long as the Synapse3 app is running at the background - which definitely ruins the whole features experience of the keyboard. AND - When I connect the led lights usb plug to my Hub I get the whole bottom part of my keyboard flickering with the wrist pad. I tried connecting it to my screen USB plug and then it started to work properly. o_O
  • Connecting it to my Laptop (Ubuntu Linux 18.04) directly or with the USB3 HUB - works great (maybe because I do not have Synapse3 over there). oh, And no bottom led flickering although it's connected to the USB3 hub.
- My windows 10 is updated. - I have checked for firmware updates for the keyboards and it seems like i have the latest one already set. - I tried UNsetting the option "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" off. - I tried re-installing Synapes3 (didn't uninstall it before.. not sure if this does anything anyway). I just cannot figure out what's causing this to happen. It's very important to me to make this work through the hub. It assists me a lot when switching computers. Please help. You will want to uninstall the drivers you see. As far as I can tell, the keyboard is detected as a mouse. I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of Synapse by following this guide while you're at it.
