Razer Huntsman Elite lights up but does not type

My Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard has been working perfectly fine for around 3 years. However, after cleaning my keyboard today, the whole keyboard no longer types, which has never occurred after cleaning my keyboard for the past 3 years. The keys still lights up when I press each key, but it does not "type" the actual key into my computer. I have tried to factory reset it with the control, escape, caps method, but it did not seem to do anything. I have also reinstalled drivers, restarted my laptop, which does not seem to help either. Is there any other method I could try? :(

Did you try to use a different USB port? Try to update its firmware by following the steps here. Otherwise, it's a hardware problem. Feel free to check our self-help if you have questions or PM me anytime should you need further assistance.
