the keyboard can't connect to the pc. Whenever I try to connect the USB I get the error usb device not recognized. If it is on demo mode it works but the second I try to connect it normally it won't work. It won't even show the lights or anything but it is plugged in also I can see in the device manager that the pc identifies the keyboard but can't use it. If anyone has a solution to the problem I will really appreciate it. I have been trying to fix it for over 3 months without success.
