Razer Huntsman Elite: specific keys are red when i hold down FN key

When in hold down the fn key my (w, d, 4, 9, numpad 7, numpad8) keys all faintly glow red. but the manual and the forums say that's not supposed to happen. these underglows are affecting my keyboard when I set it to a different color. Also, my numrow 9 key is stuck on green/blue all the time no matter what color I change it to in synapse. I thought I may have had busted LEDs but after it not working all night it was working how it was supposed to earlier today, I just don't know what made it happen. I went back to being weird later. Any help would be great!!

Does it behave the same when pressing the FN key without Synapse in the background? For now, let's do a clean reinstallation of Synapse by following the steps on this page. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your keyboard. I can use that to verify its model and look for a way to fix it. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me a short clip showing the issue. That way, I can have a better look at it. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
