Razer Huntsman Elite - Up Arrow Key Dead

Hi guys, i was hoping someone could help me with this. I purchased a Huntsman Elite 2 months back and have been using it lightly when i discovered that the Up Arrow key is dead. I did a keyboard test online , all other keys can be detected except for the Up Arrow key. Before i go about the long road of claiming warranty i was wondering if there is a solution to this problem? The keyboard looks good as new. The chroma lighting still work even on the dead Up Arrow key. Please help :'(

Did you try it without chroma effects on all the keyboard?

Yes, even with all lighting effects turned off i still can't get the Up Arrow key to work. All my drivers says they're working properly and they're up to date. I have the most up to date firmware too so idk whats going on really.

Ah, pity. I have a similar problem, but the workaround is dimming or turning off the lights. Good luck!

Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed?
