So yesterday I bought HyperX Keycaps For my huntsman mini because I saw that they were compatible with the huntsman mini and there were no more razer keycaps left so I bought the hyperx ones and when they came yesterday I put them on everything was fine then when I plugged my keyboard in it would light up and when I tapped a key the keyboard would turn green and nothing would work I tried every key nothing works it would say it’s Connected to my pc buh it wouldn’t work??can anyone help please??

I did and that didn’t work
Based on your description of the issue, this is less likely caused by the keycap switch. I'm leaning towards this being a USB-C, if not a PCB problem. Try using another cable and test it on other USB ports on your PC. Send me the serial number if you need further assistance.
@Slexed Yes, the keyboard will work on a Chromebook without the software. But you won't be able to customize keybinds, lighting effects, or add macros.
