I am currently using the Razer Hunstman Mini, yet similar to previous posts, my keyboard displays 22ms latency and approximately 45hz polling rate on multiple different latency viewing software and websites. Does anyone know the solution to this problem? Additionally, there is no option to change polling rate on the synapse software when I look around and I have already tried different types of usb connections.
On the descriptions, the website says that the hunstman mini should have 1000hz polling rate but compared to the 45hz polling rate, I am really doubting the description.
I have been looking through multiple threads on this issue and no one has replied a valid result or a solution to this problem. If anyone, or even someone from razer support who could possibly help with this issue sees this, please help because I reckon other people in the community are also having this question.
