I have one that’s a day old that’s doing the same thing. Just bought it yesterday from micro center and it barely made it 24hrs. Tried every USB port on the computer, tried different computers, tried resetting it and the end result is the same. It lights up but none of the key presses register on the computer. 

I’m having the same issue with 2 keyboards. 1st one was fine for 3-4 months then it happened so I replaced it and the same thing happened to the new one the same day I got it (all keys light up but don’t register typing, only fn keys work )

I have the same problem with a new pc with windows 11

With PS4 run ok

i already tried the hard reset by clicking esc, caps, and spacebar method, and by resetting it via synapse but it sitll cant work, can i get some support to help me fix it thank you !

GUYS if you go to device manager, then keyboards and unistall the razer hauntsman mini driver, make sure  to check the box that says delete the driver software from device and then restart your pc. Once  the pc is back on it should work.
