razer huntsman mini comes ok but doesnt work

If the keyboard powers on but none of the keys respond, I'd first test it with a different USB-C cable and on another computer to rule out a connection issue. If the problem persists across multiple devices and you've already tried resetting the keyboard, it may indicate a firmware or hardware fault.
