Hello Razer Support,

 

Recently, I've encountered an issue with my Razer Huntsman Mini keyboard after attempting to reset it to factory settings. Here's a detailed description of the problem and the troubleshooting steps I've already tried:

 

Problem Description:

 

After trying to reset the keyboard to factory settings, none of the keys respond.

The keyboard's LED lights turn on when plugged into my computer, indicating it's receiving power.

Windows correctly detects the keyboard, but none of the keys produce a response.

I've tried pressing various keys, but none of them work.

The keyboard doesn't respond when I attempt to enter the BIOS during system startup.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

 

I attempted connecting the keyboard to multiple USB ports on my computer.

I verified that other USB devices work correctly in the same ports.

I've restarted my computer several times.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse software.

I checked for firmware updates and confirmed that my software is up to date.

I attempted the factory reset using the Caps Lock + Esc combination.

I inspected the cable and USB connector for visible damage.

Despite these efforts, the keyboard still isn't functioning properly.
