My keyboard numbers and space are not working in colors like red, white, yellow, orange, purple and pink, help me please razerrrrrrrrrr!!!

    If you don't mind, can you send me a short video clip showing the issue? For now, please perform a clean reinstallation of Synapse by following the steps here. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your keyboard. I can use that to verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
