My Razer Huntsman Mini randomly stopped working. It isn’t being detected by any computer. I’ve tried holding ESC + CAPS + SPACE and doing a reset 20+ times to no avail. I can’t update the firmware because my computer isn’t recognizing the keyboard. Weirdly, when I shut down my computer the keyboard is still lit up as if it’s using the USB port just for power. Any help would be amazing!

Did you’ve tried other USB cable?
No I hadn’t. I assumed since it was getting power, the cable wasn’t the issue. Swapped the cable and it’s working just fine now. Thank You! Any thought’s as to why the cable would provide power but not data?

Original cable?
If not, some cables are power only, so they don’t have data pins (or they’re not soldered).

I use mine on my xbox, and it doesn't work with my Mac nor my xbox. I tried resetting, still doesn't work, I tried a different cable than the original, still doesnt work. it always has worked, but now it doesn't. do you know what else I could try to fix it?
