Razer Huntsman Mini only working in demo mode!? HELP PLS

Yesterday I was playing a game and the last thing I remember doing was hitting Alt+Escape to tab out of the window and then suddenly my keyboard stopped working. It doesnt display any lights and ive tried switching usb ports, different USB cable for the keyboard, tried it on another computer and still doesnt work and it doesnt even show its connected on razer synapse. Another weird thing about it is ive tried putting it in demo mode by pressing ESC+Caps+Space bar and it will then start to display lights when I press a button and then the rainbow pattern comes on after a few seconds of not pressing anything but when I try to take it out of demo mode its back to not displaying any lights or not responsive. If anyone can please help me I would REALLY appreciate it. Thank you for your time!
