i have a razer huntsman mini and a razer viper mini. i also have signal rgb installed and i dont have razer synapse. the devices were working normally until one day the keyboard just shows static purple. HOWEVER, when i press windows key and L to lock the screen, the keyboard’s assigned rgb from signal rgb WORKS. but when i log in back, it turns back to static purple. i tried deleting and re installing and all these kinds of basic troubleshooting. but its still shows static purple. help?
