Razer huntsman mini serial number not working

So my serial number wont work and I need to warrenty my keyboard because it is not working properly like the keys are broke and it doesnt detect my keystrokes

    Can you send me a PM with a photo of the serial number so I can verify it in our system and see what I can do to help? You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
