I have bought the Mini from Amazon... 1st and 2nd one both are having the same issue.
When I plug it in, the windows key and esc key both stop working, and even on my logitech keyboard once the razer is plugged in. I've reinstalled windows so it's a fresh build. I've tried before synapse being installed as well.

From reading around the place it seems to affect users who have AMD CPUS. Do you have an AMD CPU?
