I am having an issue with my Huntsman Signature; the LEDs that light up to show how much pressure you are pushing on a key randomly stopped showing up. They are functional if I try and use the shortcut keys to adjust the sensitivity levels on the fly but in regular use they are not visible. I’ve tried plugging this keyboard into my girlfriends computer who also has a Huntsman V3 & Synapse 4 (Her pressure LED are illuminating as intended) and it is the same thing on mine- just darkness. Reading through the user guide there is a Fn + LCtrl LED toggle functionality but I cannot seem to get that to work on mine or her keyboard as a test. I’ve tried reinstalling Synpase, resetting all my profiles, uninstalling the device drivers. Etc. I am not sure what else to do or where to go regarding this issue.

I guess I should also note, I’ve tried a fresh windows install out of desperation with no change, curiously if you use synapse through the web browser the functionality is slightly restored but altered, as the LED lights colors will change based on what color profile you are in- so for FPS the LEDs will be red and General they will be Cyan etc and you are unable to change them.

Still no luck trying the Synapse 4 Beta, this might require a firmware update of some kind.
For anyone else with this issue- I was able to fix it by using the toggle mode switch hidden behind the keyboard plate by toggling into Mac or safemode and going back to PC it reset the LEDs and they are now appearing again during normal use. Thank you for your assistance earlier
Nevermind- the issue came back and my former solution did not fix it this time. Definitely needs a firmware update.

What does closing Synapse and Chroma from sys tray do? Then reopen.
