So this has been happening for a few days now, not sure if it's something to do with my pc or the program itself. I am just completely lost.
So to start, I have a Razer Mamba Elite mouse and just recently, I upgraded my keyboard to the Razer Huntsman TE. Whenever I turn on my PC and razer synapse starts, the lighting on my keyboard is off but my mouse lighting is on. Whenever I press FN, the lighting on that works, but nothing else is lighting up. THE ONLY fix that I've found is unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in, that fixes and it turns back to the lighting i selected.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hey there! Thanks for posting your keyboard's concern here. That is odd. Please perform the following and see if it helps:
a. Ensure your computer's operating system and Razer Synapse is updated
b. Make sure the device is connected directly to the customer and not on a USB hub.
c. Disable Razer Synapse and see if the issue persists. If the issue persists with Synapse disabled and if it's feasible, connect the device to another PC without Razer Synapse. If the issue persists, it' a hardware issue
d. If the device works without Synapse installed, please reinstall Razer Synapse 3.0. Once installed, please log in as a guest user and observe.
