Multiple keys stopped working a few days ago for me. I did a hard reset, cleaned out debris, and reinstalled drivers. Sometimes the key DOES work randomly at moments and when that happens the rest of the keys work as well for a short moment before going back to being unresponsive. I love this keyboard and hadn’t had a problem with it for awhile and kept it in good condition I just hope there is a fix or another problem I hadn’t done yet to resolve this issue.

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the input issue you're currently experiencing.

same thing for me. I exited out of it and it worked for a little bit before it stopping again completely. Sent a PM.
