Closing synapse makes the keyboard work, it only stopps after synapse loads the keyboard. The keyboard is brand new.
Synapse registers the key presses in rapid triger tab.
I have already tried:
reinstalling synapse (a few times)
restarting pc
turning off “demo mode”
resetting the keyboard in synapse
creating a new profile in synapse
turning off rapid trigger (tho it was already off when keyboard was bought)
connecting to a different usb port
the keyboard drivers are up to date.

pretty annoying to not have lightning settings saved(have to use a third party app to change them) and also knowing that i cant use the dedicated software.
