Razer huntsman TKL v2 stop tipying

Hello! I bought my new keyboard, i plugged in and it works perfectly but after few minutes the keyboard stop tipying but it still lighting up. The drivers updater doesn't recognize it and the razer software neither. I tried to hard reset it but it still with the problem.
