Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition Keyboard, X key not working

Question

This keyboard isn’t under warranty anymore, and I believe it’s a hardware issue. I want to know how to fix the keyboard myself.I’ve tried other keyboards and the keys seems to work besides this keyboard. The lights still work, the key is just not detected when I press it. It’s just the x key.

It’s just thex key.Please check if the issue persists while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled. If you have another computer, try connecting your keyboard and see if the keys are still not working. Try cleaning the affected button by following the steps here or removing the keycaps, cleaning them separately, or using a compressed can of air and a microfiber cloth to clean them while they are still attached. You can also try resetting the keyboard through the Razer Synapse settings and see if it helps. Otherwise, your keyboard has a hardware issue.*Thread is now locked.
